EVGA 950i SLI MB not starting.

Hey guys my HTPC is running a EVGA 950i SLI MB, I plan on upgrading my entire HTPC but for the time being I'm still running the Q6700 and the EVGA MB. The problem is when I go to power on the PC nothing happens. I have to unplug the power from the PC a few time before it finally starts. It won't even start from button on the MB. I've taken apart the entire PC and put it back together to rule out anything unplugged. Any ideas on how to problem solve this ?

Have you tried swapping the ram or trying a different power supply?
