    Do you know what your Step-Up ID is? Trying to gauge how far off i am. Mine is an 8.5 million number.

    Mine is a 3.4. I submitted 3/10/17 right around 1:00 pm eastern time. No new update as of today.

    Have you received any updates on your step 2? just hit step 2 today and first time doing step-up so not sure the typical time frame it takes to process that.

    wow nevermind, within minutes it was approved and just made payment for the difference.

    Glad to hear. I on the other hand still have not gotten any update, still at step 2.

    wow that sucks, wonder if its a problem with the invoice or something. Mine went all through and already mailed out to them :(

    I actually emailed them today because in my product profile it still does not show as having the invoice on file although I uploaded the invoice when I registered my card. We'll see.
