In my new place FIOS is going to put the ONT in the bedroom closet (either that or it comes into the closet from the outside). Directly opposite in the bedroom closet is the RG6 TV jack. I'd like to replace that with a Cat 6 jack on both sides of wall (one in the closet in the bedroom by the ONT, the other by the TV).

So I'll have the router in the living room with maybe a switch in both rooms (for the bedroom TV and other devices).

How would I go about this?
