ESXi Build - help me with the spec

I want to build a ESXi Server (excluding Hard Disks):

What do you think of this spec?

Case: Lian Li PC-Q25B Mini-ITX Cube - Black

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core G3220 3.0GHz Socket 1150 Dual Core Haswell

RAM: Corsair Memory XMS3 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600) CAS 11-11-11-30 Dual Channel Desktop

Motherboard: Asus H87I-PLUS mini-ITX Socket 1150 Motherboard

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CXM 430W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified

Thats enough memory for a home lab, so thats good. The CPU i'm a little bit worried about, as ESXi 5.1 and later require LAHF. You can check the requirements here:

You could try to check those trough.

The VMware Compability site doesn't have consumer hardware like they do enterprise, and that CPU is not in the list.

That CPU does support LAHF.

I am more worried about LAN might not work, if it doesn't work then will get Intel LAN PCI card.

Hard to say if 16GB will be memory w/o knowing what you'll be running. For example, I run a ZFS vm and had to upgrade to 32GB to have enough memory left for my other vms...
