Looks like live Action it was released on the PS4 way back in 2019. Steam release date was on May 25th. Watched the Devs play for a while they were talking about what they had to do to get certain camera angles.

Wow haven't seen a FMV game in a very long time. Night Trap, Sewer Shark & Mad Dog come to mind...

I tried it last night, just for kicks. Settings are very limited with about the only visual option being the ability to set it to full screen. Otherwise, I couldn't find anywhere to change the resolution, etc.

The FMV is interesting, with the ability to use the mouse to interact in the game.

I played for about 30 minutes and am intrigued enough to play it again tonight just to see where the story goes.

Honestly, I feel that for $10 you really can't go wrong with it.
