Epox 8RDA+ random restarts

I have adequate power (300w Antec) and my Epox 8RDA+ (latest BIOS/drivers) will randomly restart when I try to run programs. Is there a reason?

It might be because you looked at it wrong, or it might be because of the moon being in the wrong phase, or it could be because you asked a question without providing *any* relevant information and it's mad at you.

Yeah a 300watt ps is not yoru issue cheif that board will run on a 200 no sweat. So, how about if this just started or what. GIVE US INFO! CRACKER!
