Once you install Syndicate, you can run it directly from ubisoft launcher, no need for epic client.

Good main mission design and actually solid gameplay movement and stealth mechanics. Much more solid that the two games that came after. The problem is the main story was kind of weak and the side quests were too repetitive. But the main missions were some of the best in the series that I've played, and took on a semi Hitman form of completing objectives. Not as sandbox like, but enough unique options. For free, get it.
