can the 80 Plus Titanium cert pass even happen on 120v this is in general not just this PSU (sure this would if it was on 240v seen some where they have certification for only 240v)

As you point out in closing, why would anyone pick this over the Seasonic Prime 1200 you just reviewed. It's a good PS but not a good value.

Looks like Seasonic won this round.

Both got good marks for noise level (at least below 1000W) IN a direct comparison, which would you prefer from a noise perspective?
