Ender 3 knocking noise

Does anyone know why the filament motor is making this "knocking" sound? Listen...
 
Your extruder motor has exceeded it’s torque. Fouled nozzle, nozzle not up to temp, and you will get it if you try to over extrude what the nozzle is capable of melting.

I turned the nozzle temperature up 10 degrees. No more noise. Thanks alot!!
 
What material were you using?

What were the extruder and bed temps?
