When I first registred here, I had a POP3 mail account, by my ISP, but I don't have that anymore (the internet is not registred in my name anymore).

But now I can't change that email to my Yahoo.com mail?

6) No Web based EMAIL ACCOUNTS (i.e Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) allowed for forum registration or for use in For Sale/Trade Forum. You must have a valid e-mail account where you can be reached by a forum moderator or administrator. Email accounts must be updated in your account when a change is required.
 
You'll have to get a real, non-free e-mail address to change it to.
 
usually the ISP will allow more than 1 email address. My ISP its 5.

So talk to your roomate or whoever the ISP is in, and ask them to setup and email for you.
 
There are some web based email providers that require a working ISP email account to register and use their services. These are accepted by the email filter here, you just have to find the right one. I use myrealbox.com when I am on the road and have no problems whatsoever with the filter. The only problem with that is they are no longer taking new users at this time.
