easy way cutting through plastics without melting it in process?

I have a M350 case

i need to saw out a piece of plastic for a compact flash.

i think a dremel tool would rotate too fast and start melting plastics
 
I've never used one but I would think a hacksaw or coping saw would allow you to get a nice straight line. A rotary tool will melt the plastic if you go too fast!

How did it turn out? I'm kinda curious, as I have a milling bit and some thin plexiglass.
