Its dumb for any company that makes real products like coke/pepsi/cars
to sue any movie book or game maker if they have the stuff they make in the movie it is free ads.
Back to the future made the delorean one of the most bad ass hip cars way after it's death and they still want them now. I have been trying to buy a new one for like 6 years and still on the waiting list for a repaired or new model.
The only time companys sue is if they make what ever it is they make look bad.
