Well I think it's more about deciding whether you want OEM or retail. eWiz is OEM, ZZF is retail.

Retail usually means longer warranty too.

Well there's the difference between warranty length as well as getting an item that's NIB. If I could get a retail CPU for the same price as an OEM CPU, I think the decision is quite simple

Maybe because even the majority of the DIYers don't bother with an after market HSF. So the retail package with an HSF is very convenient.

If you're buying several products from eWiz your shipping cost per item will be less. So the eWiz deal might still be better depending on what you need.
