E-voting Machine Hacked to Play Pac-Man

Oh the confusion that would cause in Florida - and you thought the hanging chads made for great headlines. As a side note, can I get one at home - takes much less space than the 'ol coin-op version you used to see at Pizza Hut's around the country ;)

Wouldn't seals expose any tampering?

We received the machine with the original tamper-evident seals intact. The software can be replaced without breaking any of these seals, simply by removing screws and opening the case.

Somehow this sums up my problem with this. Seriously, who doesn't remember how to write a config.sys file!

This is why there should be sealed paper ballots only. These things are to easy to reset or hack. A standardized key and a flash drive, not much to it.
