Thats what i thought, but from the screenshot he is getting 244 FPS on his GTS. Very nice

I don't think that's the display resolution. It's windowed.

It is pretty impressive now what I think about it. 21 soft shadows in real time @244fps. Although the models are pretty damn simple, as are the textures and surrounding environment.

You CAN kill fps when you bump up the shadow map resolution and turn on the built in shadow MSAA.

Not really sure what VSM, PSVSM, etc. mean, but from the screenshots I can tell that new SAVSM/PSVSM shadows > old VSM shadows.
