DVD all in one copy

Hey guys in the past I always used dvd descriptor and hand break but im trying to find something for family members can use.
Anyone have recommendation on software that they could enter the dvd and it will decryption, rip and encode to watch on ps3 or Transformer?

MakeMKV is pretty simple, or DVD Fab, though I don't know if the former supports outputting to PS3 playable formats without work.
