dupe file detection program that allows “priority” for keep/discard

I'm looking for a dupe-detect and delete program where I can say:

If there is a dupe file in Directory A and in Directory B, always (automatically) delete the file in directory B.
Or, if there is a dupe file in Directory A and any other directory, always delete the file in the "other" directory.

Does this program exist?

So using Directory A as the master directory (source) and always preferring its copy over the duplicates it finds?

Most I can say is TeraCopy; I know you can tell it to automatically prefer to keep a specific copy but it's been a while since I used it.

I use DuplicateCleaner 3. It's pretty solid, been using it for years. It will do what you ask. Not an automatic thing in the background though.

+1, i use it for years too! (the freeware version, works like a boss!)
