I know I shouldn't do this but HOLY FUCK that's a great deal, IMHO. :)

I seriously wish I could get it, no joke, 'cause I want a nice multicore machine for video encoding (we're having a discussion in the Home Theater subforum about encoding performance and setup with a 24 core - and I think the one in the thread has 24 actual cores so 48 threads) and your machine would be perfect but I've got all my available cash tied up in a move to Missouri in another 10 days or so, damn.

Good luck with the sale, regardless, that's a fantastic setup.

Hah thanks. Those processors are coming down in price. The only problem is finding a motherboard and this one I got a great deal on from Newegg. It is not only ATX but also accepts like 3 or 4 different RAM standards! 4gb DDR3 registered RAM is also pretty cheap nowadays too.
 
Nice specifications :) ; but just paid my quarterly earnings tax and homeowners insurance is next to get paid.
