dual monitor but only 1 HDMI

Hi.
Building my mother office PC and now when the build is done she tells me that she has 2 monitors but z390 Gaming X has only 1HDMI port and nothing more.
I already have all my part of budget to get her better PC than she expected so even getting 40 euro card is way too painfull for my wallet.

Is there any cheaper soluttions to get dual monitors working ?
Would usb to HDMI adapters do the job ?
 
They do make an HDMI to dual VGA type powered adapter, but to be honest with the price they likely cost you’re better off finding a cheap discreet graphics card that offers options for dual monitors.
 
Matrox makes an HDMI thing that does what you want, DualHead2Go, but it costs way more than a low cost card. Maybe you can find something super cheap used; if you're using Intel CPU graphics for one monitor, it barely matters how old a card you get for the second monitor, although bonus if it's fanless.
 
There are usb dock options that have multiple hdmi and vide outs. Not super expensive for. Windows pc’s.
