Dual-CPU motherboard VRM Question

Do dual-CPU motherboards have two sets of VRMs? I ask because my board, the H8DGI, only has one VRM heatsink. I really hope it doesn't have another VRM on it that is not cooled.

Also, if it does have a second bare VRM, would it be possible to watercool it with a universal VRM block?
 
They can, it's also fully possible that both banks are under one heatsink.
 
The exposed black square chips near the CPU power taps on the top-right are chokes, if I'm not mistaken, with the line of grey chips being the MOSFETs. I also think that there is only one voltage regulator on this particular mobo. The documentation simplay calls it a "6-phase CPU switching regulator." Not much else can be found.
 
Another question: does the H8DGI have a VRM temperature sensor?
