Hi all,
I'm in the process of building up my home lab and I just snagged a Supermicro X8DTI and two L5630s (40W TDP 4c/8t) on ebay for a couple hundred bucks. I plan to toss this into my big rocketfish/lianli case, but I can use some recommendations on what to use for a heatsink/fan. My goal is for this system to be pretty quiet, so no screamers can be installed here. I was thinking about buying a couple CM 212 Evos but I don't want to drop $70 on the two heatsinks if they won't fit for whatever reason on the motherboard.
Does anyone have any suggestions for compatible heatsinks that are less than $40/ea (and the less the better) and still quiet?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
Edit:
After some searching, went over to STH and found this:

Great recommendations in there, went with dual supermicro heatsinks that are supposed to max out around 20dB
