My Desktop has 3 drives in it (200gb IDE, 2TB SATA, 1tb SATA) and while so far I've had no problems with the IDE or the 1TB, it seems that close to 50% of the time when I boot, my 2TB cant be found normally, and when I go into the Disk Utility it claims it's already mounted. If I pull the drive and use a SATA->USB adapter it mounts every time without fail (have not tried eSATA yet). Changing internal SATA ports doesn't help, so I know it's not a bad port on the mobo.

Both SATA drives are NTFS, the IDE is ext4, System is 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal, Mobo is ASUS M4A88T-V EVO with a Phenom Black 3.2ghz quad-core CPU and 16gb RAM.

Exact Error:
Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with:
mount: according to mtab, /dev/sdc1 is already mounted on /
mount failed
