I remember changing the rights on some of my remote users...to allow their managers to see/edit their calendars, all from the Exchange 2003 server, instead of having to go to each client's machine, and setting them up from within Outlook. I'm drawing a complete blank on how I did this. Can anyone give me a refresher? I can't even remember if it was in the AD Users & Groups applet or the Exchange System Manager applet.

Hmm... I looked in both here and I can't find it either. The only thing like that I've found is for the Public Folders

with exchange system manager and windows 2003 tools installed

Open AD users and computers
brows to user ID
Go to Exchange Advanced Tab
select mailbox rights

I remembered how I did it, and it wasn't on the server. I added their calendars to view in my Outlook, and then a simple right-click and properties brought me to the permissions.
