Downsizing to a Bitfenix Prodigy, need board recommendation

First actual post here, but I'm a regular on OCN.

Well, I decided to ditch my full tower as it is impossible to keep clean and is just too big and clunky.

I already ordered my Prodigy, but I'm stick between the Z77E-ITX and P8Z77-I boards. I normally go with Asus, but we're talking about a $45 difference here, and I'm not really seeing the benefit of the Asus board. I'll be cooling it with an h100, and it looks like the AsRock might be more friendly with that.

Can anyone with experience with these boards list some pros and cons? I've never gone with AsRock before, so I'm also curious how their customer service is (Asus definitely fails in this area).

I've got the ASUS P8Z77-I DELUXE and love it. Can't say a bad thing about it. Overclocks well.

Yeah, it's still way more than the AsRock shipped. I don't mess with MIR. They never come back. I've done it like 12 times, and only ever received one rebate. That took almost a year. I need something I can save money on now.

I did find a used Asus on ebay for $145, but I'm always iffy about ebay.
