Dolby Digital w/Vista MCE and Audigy 2

I am using Daniel_K drivers in Vista for my Audigy 2 and yes I have the SPDIF cable connected from my DVD player to my sound card.

I have the digital out on my sound card connected to my amp. When I run the test for Dolby Digital in the sound setup of Vista the amp changes to Dolby Digital and I can hear the sound. When I play a DVD my amp is not switching to Dolby Digital (I can't put it manually on Dolby Digital either). When I pause the DVD I can see the Dolby Digital logo on the bar so I know that its reading the Dolby Digital sound from the DVD but for some reason it is not making it out to my amp.

Ideas?
 
I fixed my own problem. Apparently not having the speakers configured in Media Center to be 5.1 causes problems. Who knew? :rolleyes:
