Does the MSI Mpower have a way to disable C6/C7?

I can't look in the bios right now, as I'm waiting on a heatsink, but I'm looking at using an older HX620W power supply that will shut the computer down if the C6 and C7 modes are not disabled. Does this motherboard allow disabling them?

Ok, stuck the stock heatsink on it (had to unbox it) and I'm looking in the bios. No sign of C6 or C7. Does this mean it's disabled if it doesn't give me a choice?
 
Ok, I looked in the bios this morning and found something under OC section called Intel C state, which I can enable or disable. It was set to Auto, so I set it to Disabled. Hopefully that is the C6/C7 mode that has power supply issues.
 
Looks like you can also select the maximum C state it will go to, I enabled it and picked C3, though you can pick C1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 7s. Keep the processor cooler at idle, while still fixing power supply issues.
