Does the Cooler Master Hyper RR-212E-20PK-R2 use same mounting hardware as Seidon 120M?

Stupid question time....

I've been using a Cooler Master Seidon 120M AIO cooler for the past four years on my computer. It's been in continious use. I want to replace it was the air cooler Cooler Master Hyper RR-212E-20PK-R2. Does Cooler Master use the same mounting hardware for both coolers? This would make it an easier swap.

The mounting systems look very different. Which makes sense. One has to mount a small round cooling head, the other a huge mass of copper and aluminum+fan.

The other side of that is that either cooler comes with all the bits you need to mount them - unless you are getting it second-hand and the mounting bits are missing..
