Does Renoir suffer from Zen2 RNG hardware bug?

This is talking specifically about a desktop proc, but it looks like AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB microcode should fix the bug. I would see if the laptop you are looking at has a BIOS update from after Oct 2019. That should have the fix within it. If you have a BIOS older than Oct 2019, then you might still have that bug, but I think that Windows update and Linux kernel updates can also bring in microcode updates. Long story short, it's probably fixed, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
