The supply seems to be drying up, even ebay variety is weak. Except for the over-priced Gunnir brand Newgg is OOS mostly.
Yes, not a good sign...

Same here... I check all the time.... never anything in stock....I must be checking at the wrong time as I never see stock. Maybe the bots get them, but ebay doesn't show much brand variety either.
I've been happy with my A750 but wanted to try a faster, newer unit and stay with Intel.I suspect part of the problem is the supply of alternatives. NV has apparently cancelled the entire 40 series. Newegg and Best Buy are out of 4060s. Only 3rd party sellers have them on Newegg.com at the moment. Amazon wants $375 for a 4060. All three of them are also apparently out of RX 7600XTs. You can still get an RX 7600 for $260.
No interest in staying with Intel here. I want one of each to play with. Already got a B580. Somehow Microcenter was taking orders for pickup on launch day, so I just ordered one in the morning and picked it up after work. Next up is an RTX 5090 for my main rig. Then once I get that I'll be tempted to sell my 3090 and pick up some sort of AMD RX 9000 series card.I've been happy with my A750 but wanted to try a faster, newer unit and stay with Intel.
Ah shucks.. must have missed it again...Intel B580 in stock at b&h again

newish chinesium brand.Never heard of that brand
Yeah, their price has been higher than all other arc GPUs since day one of battlemage release, so I've never considered them. But if money isn't a major concern, they might be an option -- check reviews.newish chinesium brand.
I went and picked one up there today. I also grabbed an open box b570 for $200. I may get other b580 off ya. My zip is 40336. Shoot me the total.Yeah everything is getting marked up a bit right now. However Micro Center here did have 4-5 B580 Intel LE cards for 249.99 this weekend. They went out of stock a day or so. I reserved one but won’t end up getting it. After tax and shipping it’s close to $300 all in if I mailed it to someone who is looking.
Here is the total with tax before any shipping:

oop, per a b&h email I got, the asrock b580 challenger is no longer available at b&h. Maybe they're rolling out an updated sku? Hopefully asrock isn't discontinuing that model. :/Probably just waiting for more from their suppliers -- the acer b570s were going in and out all day monday, I guess they just depleted their supply.
The AsRock B570 I preordered still hasn't shipped, but it hasn't been canceled either.
ASRock ARC cards may gone from the US market for a bit due to tariffs. The box my Steel Legend B580 came in says "made in China". OTOH I have a Steel Legend Z890 mainboard from Vietnam made late last year. That's not universal for vid cards. Zotac has a plant in Indonesia, I briefly had a made in Taiwan Gigabyte 5090 (damned thing died after 20 minutes, power connector didn't melt), and looking over the parts in my latest build the expensive bits are mostly from Taiwan or Vietnam. The big question with B580s is are any made outside of China? I have no idea.oop, per a b&h email I got, the asrock b580 challenger is no longer available at b&h. Looks like ASRock is joining Sparkle, Onyx and Acer in jacking up the prices of their cards. ASRock Challenger B570 is in stock for $299 on Newegg. B580 is OOS but you can bet it'll be more than the B570 next time they get some.
I'll just go ahead and blame NV for this. They cut production of 4060s ahead of the 5060 launch. They're up to ~$335 and stock is quite limited. RX 7600s are up too, $300+. I can't see AMD and Intel being able to fill the gap left by the 4060, so I bet they'll stay high until after the 5060 launches in May.
