Does anyone have a guide to the hierarchy of board partner brands?

I know each brand has their own calling card for different gpu treatments.

For example, Sapphire has..

-nitro
-tri x
-vapor x
-toxic

And the same things goes for the other gpu vendors... is there a clear hierarchy of performance where one nameplate is considered the top dog or are these names all over the map?

There's a hierarchy, but its a bit scattered. Problem is companies like Sapphire don't always produce all of their tier cards for each generation. I can't even remember the last time there was an Atomic. 4890 maybe?

I can't stand when brands have seven different cards for each card, with a ten dollar price difference between them. It's the same with motherboards, though slightly more understandable there.

I bought a Gigabyte 970 specifically for that reason.

It would make for an interesting article...ill give ya that

It's because they don't sell every SKU in every market.

I'd love to see some of the more wackier Chinese brands...

If you don't know already, the
INNO3D RADEON RX 480 ICHILL HERCULEZ AIRBOSS ULTRA X4 OC
is going to be the top tier card as always. Upto 100% more GHZ and RAM

(I have to post this everytime TechPowerUp)
