core i5k $25 price increase isn't too bad.


11700k msrp was $409, and microcenter was selling it for $299 at one point.

I wonder if we'll see discounts on the 12600k i5

I looked yesterday at the Canadian Newegg and was not impressed with the prices on the Alder Lake CPUs, 1700 socket motherboards and DDR5 RAM.

I hope Intel has volume on these things. More than MSRP, availability will determine both discounts and competitive pricing from AMD.
