Do we have a PowerColor rep on the forum?

I filed for an RMA last week, got the autoresponse saying we'll contact you in 24-48 hours.

no contact since - been four days.

I tried to call the PowerColor number listed in the auto response e-mail - it seems disconnected?

The website is missing SSL certs, and was down all last week?

What's going on with PowerColor? Can I get some assistance?

I once emailed PowerColor for a stock vbios every week for an entire year (2015 I think), just to see how they operate. lol

The only reply I ever got was for a pic of the PCB and Serial number.

Radio silent after that.

Dang. All the times I've contacted them for RMA I never had an issue. Last time was for an RMA of a faulty R9 390 in which they replaced it with a Red Devil RX480. When I check their site it's down as well. Give em a few days to respond back or recheck?
