Do lga 1366 and 2011 heatsinks fit 2066?

Mounting holes spacing is same 80mm for LGA1366, LGA2011, and LGA2066 with LGA2011 being out of the box compatible to LGA2066
 
Many LGA2011, 2011-3, and LGA2066 HSF's use the mounting screw holes right on the socket and are all compatible (at least as far as I've seen). LGA1366 doesn't have these and is similar to the LGA11XX boards with a supply your own backplate design just with a different spacing for the holes compared to LGA11XX. Usually the included backplate on LGA11XX will have both sets of holes even though LGA1366 is getting old. Most higher end HSF's will have mounting screws specifically for the screw holes on LGA20XX sockets.
