dll file remover

A while back I stumbled upon a thread where the starter was upset that his computer was loading items rather sluggish, he was then suggested to grab a program that searches through your comp and finds un needed dll files (or some sort) and gives you the option to archive them in a seperate folder. Alas, my Windows install doesnt feel as responsive as is once did and using this paticular program in the past helped this, but Ive formatted since then. So my question is.. where may I retrieve such a program? I believe it was called something like "Archive X"
