DISRUPTING WIFI completely. DISRUPTOR!

so I was wondering if there is anything out there that disrupts WIFI signal. Particularly the PSP WIFI signal. Is there anything as a wifi disruptor. Reason. I hate my boss and the other co workers of mine. And they play their PSPs .. . but i would like to shut down their WIFI games during break.. are there any wifi disruptors .. anything home made any links?
or any info would sure be appreciated.
