Disable UAC Prompt for a Single Application

Right click the shortcut or the exe file it links too, go to advanced and select run as administrator.

If you install Prio, you can then run Task Manager, find the .exe for the app in question (once it's running) and right-click on that .exe in the Processes list and choose Silent elevation. From that point on whenever that .exe is executed, Prio will handle the elevation "silently" so you don't get the UAC prompt. Been using Prio for years now, it's probably the second thing I put on my own hardware right behind WinRAR after a clean install.

Aside from the actual intended purpose - allowing you to save the priority for any given process - it's an incredibly useful utility overall... and it's free.
