I was considering picking up that same printer some time ago. Then I realized, I didn't do enough prints to justify the costsAnyone else doing their own prints?
I just picked up an Epson Stylus Pro 3800 wide-format printer that can make prints up to 17" wide
Srsly? You people with your nice gear
I'm in the same situation. Except I'm not planning on selling anything, I'll eventually use the DSLR again.I recently sold my entire Canon lot because it was collecting dust. I've been using the following:
- Fujifilm X-Pro 1
- 18mm f2.0
- 35mm f1.4
Last week I pre-ordered the X100s and can't wait to get it.
(previous Canon gear - 7D, 70-200 2.8 II IS, 24-105L, 40mm f2.8, and Sigma 30mm f1.4)
Wow that is like the exact setup that I just got not to long ago.I'm in the same situation. Except I'm not planning on selling anything, I'll eventually use the DSLR again.
For DSLR gear, I have:
-Tamron 17-55 f/2.8 zoom
-EF-S 55-250mm IS
-EF 28-125mm IS that hasn't been used in like 3 years
I'm getting some M4/3 gear:
-Just purchased a used Olympus E-PL1 with a 14-42mm lens
-Going to add the 40-150mm telephoto zoom, some sort of fast prime like the 17mm Panasonic or a Sigma 19mm prime, as well as an ultrawide such as the 9-18mm wide zoom.
