Difference between Revenge 360 and reg?

Can someone tell me the difference between Burnout:Revenge 360 and the regular version? All I hear so far is the graphics are better.

Supposedly there are more levels, too...but the graphics/view distance is the main thing.

some of the levels have been completely re-designed for the 360. more traffic on the roads.
