Did I made a mistake buying 120GB OCZ Apex SSD?

Did I made a mistake on buying one?
Should be shipped on Friday or so and will get it next week. Planing to put that SSD in to my new VAIO FW (T9600, 4GB Crucial, ATI 4650 with 1GB GDDR3, 1080p display)

Some people say it works great some say its a nightmare...
Now I don't know what to do

I guess the safest bet is to refuse shipment on delivery or return-as-new to the retailer/online store.

Yes, Exchange it for a vertex, summit, Torqx, Intel.

Theres not point on spending that kind of money for something that ships with a JMicron controller

Yes, it is a mistake. I own a 60GB apex from a few months ago and it's quite slow/stuttery.

I'm going to try contact Amazon then and try to cancel the order... Wish i did my homework before i placed an order

Just spoke with customer service, yeah... i have to refuse the order and the package will be sent back. Gerr...
