I'm tempted to grab this on sale someday, the idea of continually patching Diablo II intrigues the teenager in me who spent literally thousands of hours playing Diablo II. I can still remember particularly important patches and what runewords they brought in, I also remember making a nice cool $200+ cash off a damn windforce on ebay.

The idea of actually playing Diablo II again upsets me as an adult who likely could probably only dedicate a couple dozen hours to it a year.

Not sure about UW, probably not. It does support normal wide-screen 4K though.

No, and it never will. The game breaks running in resolutions with an aspect ratio wider than 16:9. The main issue is that AI is not active outside of the 16:9 boundary. That is why they removed it after the beta.

I loaded this game on my steam deck and even though it only runs at 30fps it plays really well. Never thought I’d say this but the controller is almost easier to play with than a mouse, at least for sorceress.

Longtime PC player and I want something to be able to do some Baal runs or other runs on the couch while hanging out with my wife
