DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250gb voltage sensor

Hey guys, last weekend I bought a DFI UT 250gb and a sempron 2800+ to mess around with. I'm using an Antec TruePower 430 for the power supply but the bios reads the 12V line at 11.08 +/- .05. My last mobo read it around 12.05 +/- .05. Does this mobo have a known issue with the voltage sensor or is something going seriously wrong in my system?

I have the processor running at 2.4 Ghz, prime stable for 24 hours with no fluxuations on the 12V line, its just not fluctuating at 11 instead of 12.

I'm inclined to think that if its rock solid at the wrong number, its probably a sensor issue but I'm not sure, so any input would be appreciated.

try using a multimeter, that will give you real readings, i never trust windows based readings anymore.

Thanks, good advice. Below are two links I found that describe the process for testing a PSU with a multimeter. The second one has you testing unused power connecters while the computer is on, is this safe? And also, can anyone point me to maybe even more desciptive guides to doing this as I've never done it and don't want to mess any thing up.
