desktop icon spacing is off

well after recent windows update session i rebooted and now my icon spacing is off.. look at the pic.

now i know u can go into properties and edit them but none work it doesnt change shit neone ever expereince this? its even like this inside folders.. see pic again.

if you go to display properties / appearance click the advanced button and look at Icon spacing Horz/Vert, both default at 43
