Sound has to be played through external speakers. The headphone jack needs a little solder, and sound comes from only one channel unless the plug is moved around inside of it. Keyboard has slight indentation near spacebar which makes that key a little less sensitive. An external keyboard is preferred, or you can buy a brand new replacement for the M1710 on eBay for under $10. Other than those small things, this is a great computer. Plays games at desktop levels, looks awesome, and is light for a 17" monitor. It has done me well, but I'm now looking for something tiny to lug around.
