I'm getting very desperate here! Please check my two videos below. They show the issues I'm having while playing games.As you can see there is a certain delay on the colors. They should be instant 100% ALL the time.

See when I look up / down in the games.

Is my monitor faulty?

Of course I have tried to turn off dynamic contrast and so on. I have tried like everything I could.

It's HDR, that's a game feature.
Basically emulates the way the human eye/real-life optical systems work in terms of adjusting exposure (adaptation to light levels).

Your monitor is fine.

I think that was one of the (if not the) first games that used it.
 
Like.. really?! Gonna test it right away in BF3 (if I can turn it off LOL )
 
Omg how embarrassing .. Here I spent nearly 2 days crying myself to sleep over this lol...
I swear to god though.. I don't recall my old monitor doing this? :O It was a Acer G24.

Can any of you name some games where I can test this in? Seems I cannot turn it off in Battlefield 3
 
Let's see..
HL2: Lost Coast (free on steam)
Just about any source engine game, save for the latest (at least it's locked on cs:go)
Oblivion (I think skyrim as well, skyrimprefs.ini)
Far Cry 1
Probably a @#$#ton of more, but those should suffice.

This is not a feature of the display, you probably just didn't notice that effect on the old one... somehow.
