Nice price, I don't see any warranty info though, so any potential buyers may want to clarify that with this seller first...
I bought three P2210H from them before. Two of them had backlight leakage, but they accepted exchanges.
They paid for return shipping and sent me two U221Hs for the same price. Awesome.
The main issue with them is that they sell Grade B panels without the service tag attached. Not so good.
You want to buy monitors that are Grade A, with the service tag attached. Grade B panels will have minor imperfections such as bleeding or stuck/dead pixels.
Dell Refurb Panel Grades:
A - Perfect
B - minor imperfections
C - noticeable imperfections
Always ask the panel grade before buying any refurb Dell Monitor!!!!
Thanks for the head up WorldExclusive!
They're also selling a 24" for $275. Is that a good deal?
Not necessarily. You should be able to grab a PVA or IPS 24" around 200.
IPS 24" for $200? i doubt it
also U3011 for $879
I asked the seller about the panel grade. We will see.
This..These are TN panels in this price range..
You can get 23" 1920x1080 IPS panels for 200-ish bucks nowadays.
yeah, however those are almost guarenteed e-IPS. 24" 1200p panels are, so far, still s-ips and h-ips.
However, those looking for what an IPS panel is like, or just are fed up with TN panels,, e-IPS is still a welcome upgrade
I heard back from the seller. The U2711 panels they have are Grade A, B, and C and you get a lottery shot at which you get.
I'll skip it.
Ah, thanks for reporting back!
I'm still tempted to give it a shot.
