Dell "Superfishing" like Lenovo now

Looks like several of the Dells are coming with some "fishy" software like Lenovo tried. Hate it as have had my eye on the XPS15 as a possibility. Glad to wait and see what they pull off the hook.

wow! same here, ive been eyeing the XPS 15 since its announcement and am pretty sure I am going to get one. but this makes me hesitant.

to be honest, i have bought a new OEM desktop/laptop in like 6-7 years, do they still come with the windows disk? say you wanted to reformat and clear everything and just do a windows install itself with no OEM software?

Is this not fixed when formatting the computer?

I thought the main reason to avoid lenovo was that there was something shady at the BIOS level.
