I would imagine it would. I can take a picture and give you measurements of my dell stand if you want me to.
If you happen to live in Cincinnati, you can pick up my stand to try out. I won't give it up, or sell it, but I would be happy to loan it if you are local.

Just buy a desk\wall mounting LCD arm. That monitor has the mounting holes for it.

I got a dell at home, i'll end up tearing it apart, I'm just hoping someone can answer tonight so i can pull the trigger, $15 seems pretty good to me. I'd get a proper stand, can't wall mount it, but the cheapest at the egg is $40.
