Change the memory to 128MB, check the $100 rebate box, select the free Palm Zire, choose the standard keyboard and mouse.

It doesn't come with an OS, but it does have an i875P chipset board (4 DIMM slots, dual channel up to PC3200, 400/533/800MHz FSB support) with 4 PCI slots and an AGP8X slot, 2 SATA ports, a floppy, 6 USB 2.0 ports, a 40GB 7400RPM hard drive, 48x CD-ROM and 5.1 sound if you use the Intel audio drivers. The stock video card is a PCI RageXL card, but it's easy to replace it.

As mentioned in the title, the systems cost when configured with a:
Celeron 2GHz $279 - $100MIR = $179
P4 2.26GHz $328 - $100MIR = $228
P4 2.4GHz (800MHz FSB, w/HT) $378 - $100MIR = $278
P4 2.8GHz (800MHz FSB, w/HT) $478 - $100MIR = $378

The other CPU upgrade options aren't really worth it. The Celeron 2.4GHz is the same price as the P4 2.26GHz and is much slower and the P4 3.2GHz is $300 more than the P4 2.8GHz.

WOuld be good if i can use it with windows...as everything has drivers for window...nothing for linux...

Add $100 minimum for windows......
and few add ons....My friend bought it and has issues with drivers..
my 2 cents..
