Deleting/removing unnecessary files from a driver install using Device Manager

Long story short, using v391.35 for a GTX1060 on a Win7 Pro x64 AMD based MB, I used Device Manager to just install the drivers, none of that other bloat. That older version was used due to another issue with driver signing.
It installed ok, BUT all the unnecessary crap installed anyway, something that never happened before. I've done this probably a dozen times and more with numerous video cards without this issue. I do NOT overclock, nor 'game'.

The non-driver files that I want to know if they are needed for the actual drivers are;
3D Vision Driver,
Physx System Software (nVidia Settings)
Visual C++ x86
Visual C++ x64 (Do I need both, or for that matter do I need either?)

I assume all (or at least most of that) is for their Physx software, AKA nVidia Settings. The program I have been using for software un-instlations for years now is Revo Uninstaller which is far better than the uninstaller that comes with the software. A screen shot is below.

3D Vision Driver you shouldn't need, that's for 3D glasses only.
Physx is only used by some games that I know of. But it isn't bloat or running in the background.

The Visual C libraries should be kept. Many programs need those. However the version included with v391 is likely out of date by now. Not sure if the driver needs them or maybe just the control panel, or GeForce Experience. In any event they don't hurt anything.

XP ???
I'm running W7 Pro. When I do a hardware upgrade, I will be forced to update to W10 unfortunately.

The installer gives you a choice of whether or not to install the extra components at runtime if you actually use it. You're overcomplicating driver installation for no reason.

The latest version that supports the GTX 1060 on Windows 7 64-bit is 475.14. It includes updates that patch up some severe security issues that had been discovered in the past few years. Is there any reason why you're using a 6.5 year-old driver?
