Decent Motherboard for my Parent's P4 2.0

Like the title says, I need to replace the old Intel Board (D845BG) with something new. I'm not up on all the new hardware. What is a decently priced board that is VERY stable and easy to configure. My friends Intel board also went out so i think i might try to steer away from another Intel board. All comments/suggestions welcome...

The specs on my parents computer:
P4 2.0 Ghz 533 FSB
512 DDR400
ATi Radion 9200
 
I'm running on an MSI 845PE Max2 that's rock solid even with my 2.4B @ 2.9GHz.Had it nor for about 18 months and haven't had problem one out of it. But the 865's are only $75.00 from the Egg.
